1 hr 30min (class + JAM) 7pm - 8.30pm 2023 dates February: 2, 9, 23 March: 2, 9, 16 ‼️ PLEASE NOTE: No class on the 16th of February. Location: Moonshot Centre, Angus Street, London SE14 6LU (in Fordham Park, near Deptford Green School. What you will learn: ⭕️ You will acquire a set of combos that will increase in difficulty as the course progresses. However, all the tricks will be delivered in an accessible manner, to most levels ⭕️ Technique and Transitions ⭕️ A FREE Zoom class will be offered in January 2023, as an introduction to this course. ⭕️ Examples: Chest roll, folding isolations, cat-eye isolation, neck coin flip, C-roll, loads of hand and palm spins. *If you wish to attend the jam as well, please book the other option.*
