Hooper, start the year in your big hoop and in deep connection with the natural rhythm of the season. Experience the soothing effect of on-body hula hooping, slow movement and the embrace of your local hoop community 3 Saturdays in January. Starting your Saturday morning with a hoop sessions will ensure that: ⭕️ you get a healthy dose of movement for the week ⭕️ you reduce the social isolation we may feel during the darker season ⭕️ you get some much needed vitamin D by stepping outside earlier in the day ⭕️ you take your hooping a lever further, and get ready for Spring ⭕️ you are energised enough so you can head out for a nourishing lunch with your friends, go for a walk or do your shopping after the session 3 sessions x 90 minutes 60 minutes of learning + 30 minutes hoop jam (time to practise & connect wi your hoop friends) January 2024: 6, 13, 20 Location: Studio 2, Moonshot Centre, Angus Street, London SE14 6LU (in Fordham Park, near Deptford Green School. Located in between New Cross and New Cross Gate stations. Please Google the venue before travelling. Course content and benefits: ⭕️ Class 1: Chest and shoulder hooping technique, drills and transitions ⭕️ Class 2: Waist, hips and leg hooping technique, drills and travelling the hoop up and down ⭕️ Class 3: Introduction to foot hooping + fine-tuning chest, shoulders and leg hooping ⭕️ On-body hooping is a foundational experience for all hoopers and a magical place to spend time in. It requires more time, drilling and patience than anything else and it can be the most satisfying process of them all.
