Planet Hoop is thrilled to invite you to the Beckenham Place Mansion for a series of beginner-friendly hula hoop workshops. These workshops are great for those who attended a hoop class before, as well as absolute beginners. Adaptations and challenges will be offered throughout the session. Hula hoops are provided. The goal of this workshop is to guide you gently through your first steps in your hula hooping journey and will be followed by other beginner-friendly, monthly hoop sessions. ‼️ Why hula hooping? A low-impact but energising form of movement, hooping with Planet Hoop is suitable for all age groups and is delivered in a thoughtful and accessible way. Hooping shifts the focus on something outside of yourself (the hoop), only to gently bring your attention inward through the connection your develop with the hula hoop. This playful experience often has transformative impact on the hooper - ask any of our hoop-friends out there! You are free to enjoy hooping in your own way, and engage as much as you like in the social aspect of it.
