Cancellation Policy

Hoop classes and workshops

 

Workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Customers are kindly required to ensure they have all the information about the session in advance, such as time, location and other conditions specified upon booking​.​

 

Changes by Planet Hoop - We reserve the right to make alterations to classes booked with us. This is very rare, but sometimes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. If a change has to occur, we will offer an appropriate alternative. If however none of the alternatives are convenient, you will have a full refund.

If a class or course are cancelled due to COVID restrictions, you will be entitled to a full refund. You will have the opportunity to remain in credit for when the sessions are due to resume.

Payment can only be made online. We do not accept cash payments at this time.

Event Workshops and Entertainment

Cancellation by organiser

​

If you need to cancel your agreement with Planet Hoop, we kindly require a minimum of two weeks notice in order for the deposit to be fully refunded. A late cancellation may prevent Planet Hoop from filling the slot assigned to your event. 

​

If the organiser cancels the agreement with Planet Hoop 7 days before the event, 50% of the fee will be required, including any deposit paid.

Cancellation by Planet Hoop

Planet Hoop is committed to provide you with the service promised in our agreement. In the rare event that any of our team can not fulfil their agreement, a colleague or collaborator will provide the same service, and therefore your event will not be affected. 

​

In the event that Planet Hoop is unable to fulfil the agreement, you will be issued a full refund, as well as a list of similar providers, to support you and your event.
