Have you spent at least 5 hours hula hooping in the past? If yes, this is for you - it's time to level up and hoop out of your comfort zone!

What you get:  Tricks and combos, support, encouragement and the opportunity to flow freely while thoroughly enjoying yourself.

Class structure: Full body warm-up, games and trick exploration, combos, cool down. Each class will be different, introducing you to new concepts, challenges and ways to explore movement with the hoop.

I will help you develop your own variations and style so that you can start to truly enjoy pushing your boundaries and develop this skill further.

Community workshop

This workshop is a friendly gathering of people from the local community. You are more than welcome to bring your children, but please inform us in advance.

 While this session does not follow a strict plan, we will always greet, warm-up and cool down after the exercise. Requests for tips or tricks are encouraged and beginners are specifically welcome to attend! 

The front foyer of Deptford Lounge is where the workshop will take place. This is the reception area, in front of the library and it is open to the public.

The workshops sell out quickly, please book in advance and subscribe to stay updated!
